GO520 WiFi goes to wrong address or won't accept address

Took my new GO520 WiFi to Hawaii for work. Hawaii uses postal prefixes, i.e. 75-1000 is in Kona on Big Island. 1000 is actual address, 75 is postal location on the island. Sometimes the 520 senses?? the postal prefix, sometimes not. Regardless, it never takes me to the correct location, always a block or two away, sometimes a mile or more. Anyone experienced this in Hawaii? Is there a way to get the unit to accept the entire address? TomTom phone support is down and could really use the help.
