Go Superior
My new Superior 7 will not connect with the My Drive Connect App on my laptop.
It shows up on the screen as being there, but says not connected and despite all my efforts, it fails to do so.

My old 6200 also shows up on the screen, but I can connect to this one.

Why is this happening?
