GO 930 Remote not recognized

GO 930
Trying to connect Remote control to GO 930 but 930 will not recognize remote. New batteries in remote, Bluetooth is turned on in 930. My PC does recognize it but 930 does not, so I know the remote is tranmitting.

Any ideas to try?
