Go 620 issues after update

    I did the update then tomtom stopped functioning properly. Keeps going dark, but not shutting down. Tried restart, reset still doing same thing. I would like to CALL for help, but I cannot find a phone number. I am unable to get to factory reset on my unit. Is the any way to do not on screen? I haven't had this unit that long. I'm so frustrated. Can anyone help?
