First time tomtom support super

Just bought a map update and had trouble with error message on download yesterday afternoon----NOT HAPPY----called SUPPORT---KABOOM----young lady got me all squared away and running -----STILL get TOMTOM shutdown ERROR while trying to upload route back to 340 from TOMTOM ROUTE PLANNER------specs------>>>> 64 BIT VISTA --ANY help thanks TWO
 
64 bit operating systems are giving Home software some issues. Try running Home in xp compatible mode, it may help.
