I just got a TomTom unit, a GO 700 - I'm upgrading from a Magellan RoadMate 760 (which is much bulkier and heavier than the tomTom unit).
Anyway I tried it out the other day and when on the highway, it will only list the text of the exit, but not the exit #. For example, if the exit was exit #4, west doofusville & Rt. 72, the unit would only have "West Doofusville & Rt. 72" at the top, but not the exit #. When you're just driving, however (the scrolling viewpoint is pretty neat, btw), it lists the exits you pass and includes the exit # in them, so I know the exit #'s are in the mapping database, but how do you get them to show up in the directions?
