Europe Maps

Hi I'm in Australia and in a few weeks will be going to Europe (mainly Norway, Finland etc).

I have an older model XL which still works OK.

My question is would my TomTom have worldwide maps installed?

If so how do I get to use other countries? Does it recognise it automatically?

I'm contemplating buying TomTom Europe for Android and taking my Galaxy Tab but those maps cost $89 Australian. Not much but if I don't have to spend it then I wont.

Can I buy the maps for my XL? How much would they be?

I've left it to the last minute as usual.

Any help greatly appreciated.

You might be able to get a zoned map for your journeys in part of Europe.

But, if you do decide to go that route, make sure you do so using the Purchase Maps link in Home. That way, the proper maps should be offered for your specific device.
