Error when sending from Google Maps

I was able to upload a location to Favorites from Google Maps. Now when I try the same steps I get an error page appearing in the browser titled

Apache Tomcat/5.5.17 - Error report

The report starts with

HTTP Status 500 -
type Exception report
message
description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented it from fulfilling this request.
exception
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: No message found under code 'launchHome.title' for locale 'en_AU'.

There is 1.5 pages of data following - can provide this.

I checked uploading the same details on my other (netbook) computer and no problems - it works.
Both computers are XP SP3

One possible cause may be related to installing TYRE. The problem has occurred since then.
Have uninstalled TYRE and Home 2.
Downloaded and installed current Home 2 and the problem remains.

A second look

Kept looking and found that the problem is only with Firefox (version 3.5.3) and only on the one computer. IE8 and Chrome work OK.
Most peculiar.

I use HOME 2.7.2.1825, OS 8.351, FF 3.5.3 and XP PRo SP3
My results are no different form a year ago. I just don't get the Open Address screen.

I get the Starting TomTom HOME screen (even though HOME is open already) and that's the end.

Any suggestions, and keep it clean.
