Error downloading and installing map

Hi, I need urgent help. I'm travelling to the USA tomorrow (Mon) and I purchased a downloadable "North America" map from TT official website. Unfortunately there was an eror halfway through and the download window closed. I got a message saying that the error was loged with TT, but this is not much help to me as I can't phone anybody till Monday morning. Any advice will be much appreciated.

Move the partially downloaded map folder out of the folder where TomTom Home uses to store its downloads (Tools/ Preferences then select Folder preferences in the Home application to locate the path to this folder, use Windows Explorer to move the folder out of this location). Then set the download going again, make sure you are using a directly cabled connection to the internt, WiFi links are known to cause crashes with map downloads - Mike
