Hi. I need to contact support as my TomTom account appears to have been deleted. However, the "Contact Us" chatbot button is not working on either a desktop or mobile phone browser. LOOKS LIKE A BROWSER ISSUE AS WORKS WITH FIREFOX.

Thanks for responding so quickly - What happens to for example my speed cameras subscription as I just renewed it? Is that associated with the account or the device?
 
Ah, if you have renewed the radar subscription you cannot create a new account otherwise you will lose the subscription.

It's weird if you bought the radar service that your account is deleted

Try to log out of your Tomtom account then log back in with the credentials that allowed you to buy the speed cameras.
