TomTom Model(s)
Rider 550
My Rider 550 is paired (Bluetooth) with my Android phone (Google Pixel 3a). I ride with earbuds physically connected to my phone so I can listen to music (Pandora). I want to hear my Rider 550 voice guidance through my earbuds just the way it works with Google Maps. Is this possible?

Your current arrangement has the source of both of your nav and music audio coming from the same source (your phone). Your phone is responsible for setting the priority of the audio such that nav instructions are allowed to preempt the music audio.

The BT connection between your 550 and your phone is for data from TomTom's servers (e.g., traffic). The 550 is expecting to connect directly to a Bluetooth headset for audio, not to your phone. You'd need a BT headset with 2 or more BT audio channels to get audio to your ears from both your phone and your 550.
