Update Done problems

Hi:
Have received a Gift 1 month ago a GPS CVGY-CS17,Manufactured in China.
This GPS has worked ok until yesterday.Suddently appear on screen "Update Done" and cannot put off the GPS.Making a Reset,the same problem.
I change the SD card with a new one with the backup program saved on the first day,without exit.
I reed every forums on the world but cannot find a solution.
Have any people of this forum an idea/solution of this problem ??
Please need to use this equipment for my vacation on the south of my Country,Chile.
