I have a One 130 s and want to upload routes in either GPX or KML files. Is that possible?

Do a google search for gpx to itn converter.

    GPSBabel may work

One of the best converters is "Tyre" (http://www.janboersma.nl/gett/download.php)

You can even integrate it into TomTom Home, so it appears on Home's menus.

Import the GPX or KML files, modify how you like, and export as .itn format.

then save those files into the "itn" folder on the TomTom, and use the "itinerary" menu section to load them.
