Auto on ??

My TomTom 720 will turn itself on, if I stop and run in a place like a fast food to eat. I will shut it off when I get out of my car, next thing I know my phone is ringing but I can't answer it. The TomTom is back on and hooked up to my BB 8120 through my bluetooth. Is the only way to stop this is to go into my phone and disable the bluetooth, or am I missing a setting somewhere?

Do you have firmware 8.010 installed? Many users on both sides of the Atlantic are experiencing a turn on of x20 and x30 units with that firmware installed.
