Another audio than bluetooth

I have a touring bike with a large intergraded sound system. It has a headset with mic and all that. Trying to use the Scala headset and the other headset is quite troublesome and not very effective. I would like to find a wring diagram for the mount so I can connect the audio output directly to the system and by pass the bluetooth.

Anyone know how?
