Amigo
I having trouble with Amigo on an old cellphone (Samsung A8, Android V9) which was factory reset so that I can use it as an in-car navigation device and some other minor tasks (Messenger is the only other non Samsung app installed). This is a fresh install, and I have turned off battery saving.

The problem I am having its that it loses its map for the area I am driving. It finds and displays the map for my starting point, then as I drive, I eventually drive "off the map" the map screen goes light grey. It still "knows" where I am though, because the speed zone indicator changes as I drive through different speed zones, but the map never comes back. Also the GPS must be working because it shows my speed. Sometimes, I will see parts of a map around the periphery of the screen, and if I drive towards one of those, I will "drive onto" the map again.

I have another phone (Samsung A54) with the same version of Amigo, and it works fine.

I'm puzzled as to why the older phone does this. It was working fine until last week.

On Amigo, no map is installed on your phone, so if Amigo loses your location, your phone is not permanently connected to the Internet.

Well, the phone can surf the web, and can send & receive messages, and make phone calls on Facebook messenger, so there must be an internet connection. Maybe something is blocking Amigo?
