140s vs 340s number of poi's

I am torn between the 340 and 140. I currently have a One 3rd edition and a nuvi 205, so the large screen is not that important to me.

I am more interested in the map capability and number of poi's in the 140 vs 340. Are they the same? Is the 340 only a wide screen version of the 140?
