Ok a TT rep called me on the phone to tell me my account had been reset so i can use the traffic for the free trial. I am glad that support is working a bit.
Mind you took them about a week not the 2h hrs they said it would take to reset the account. But hey they did it better late than never I geuss
Maybe TT is low on staff and need more employees to manage there phones,
