Ok a TT rep called me on the phone to tell me my account had been reset so i can use the traffic for the free trial. I am glad that support is working a bit.
Mind you took them about a week not the 2h hrs they said it would take to reset the account. But hey they did it better late than never I geuss

Maybe TT is low on staff and need more employees to manage there phones,

what? nooooo!! They haven't resetted mine. They told me to wait til next week! bah humbug!
 
you best just break out your old paper maps and get yourself a navigator to sit beside you at this point Nextourer... :(
