TT910 Reboots on Phone Volume Change

I recently changed my phone from an LG VX8100 to a Motorola Q (using Verizon Wireless)...all is working well, traffic, handsfree and TT.

However when I received a call the phone audio was a bit low, so while on the call I clicked on the phone icon in the upper left corner and then proceeded to click the Volume Prefence Icon, at which point the TT rebooted after about 15 seconds.

I repeated this process with the same results...any help would be appreciated.
