TT Font Formatting

hello everyone and happy holidays,

i am a new member of both this community and the world of TT. one thing my unorthodox orthography belies is that i much prefer standard formatting on my gadgets.

is there a way i can input information so as to not have it show up like

"Abcd hospital"

and instead as

"ABCD Hospital" where ABCD is an acronym?

also, when i try to input a new POI category such as "WTF", it comes out as "Wtf". not sure why such a nifty gadget has such mediocre text formatting. it's simply irritating.

Sorry, but functionality is limited by the software designers who 'think' they know better. In this case, I agree with you, they don't.

While I've never used it, do the 3rd party POI editors allow case-sensitive input? And does the Tomtom retain them?
