On your device don't put more than 5 of them.
Make or you have on your TomTom device
or on your SDcard a folder called Art.
In the folder Art there is a folder called cars.
So put the .bmp files in the folder cars.
Works also on PDA as PNA higher with TomTom Navcore 7.
