this is my first post on the forum, hope i am in the right place.
I have a problem with my Start 20
It started when it just continually tried to search for sat's but couldn't find any.
Anyway when I arrived home I tried to update it.
From Off, I start it up and get the TSLIB screen, once i have touch all the calibration targets,
the Start 20 then goes too the COG WHEEL (which I think indicates its trying to repair itself)
It then goes too a screen which shows an icon of the Start 20 and a lead connecting it too a Laptop.
To the right of that on the same page it shows an Icon of a ToolBox.
This is as far as it will go.
If I connect too my Laptop you can hear it beep to say the Laptop has seen it, But TomTom my drive tries to update but obviously cannot connect to the Start 20.
any help would be appreciated.
