Tomtom didn't honor warranty.

I have a Rider 2 that stopped accepting a charge. I contacted Tomtom about a repair or replacement within 12 months and they refused to honor the warranty. Not at all happy with the company. Think twice before buying their products.

What explanation was provided? We've never heard of a unit within the warranty period refused for a battery replacement! Was there some question about purchase date vs. warranty period, or ???
