Tomtom Camper issue....

Hi all, my first post here....
Apologies if all this has been mentioned before, but I have just spent an hour reading all over these pages to no avail!
I have a TOMTOM Camper and use it every time I take my caravan touring.

Problem is, I see no POI for English sites like 'Caravan & Camping Club' or such and, very annoyingly when running short on fuel today, I saw my device showing a fuel icon and a figure of 23 miles to go! Then, the Winchester Services on the M3 came up within half a mile but does not show up - not helpful at all. Once I entered the Winchester Services, lo and behold the device shows me a fuel icon, without an opology as well!

If anyone can please tell me why O'why the most important 'next fuel stop' is not an automatic 'thing' on my device? And how on earth I can manually add points of interest like English and Welsh castles as well as all these touring sites, thanks in advance

Hi

Normally there are campervan POIs preloaded, have you activated them in the menu.

What model of Camper do you have exactly on the new Campers it is not possible to add personal poi.
