Tomtom go camper not able to change vehicle details

Hi We have purchased a TomTom Go Camper. We purchased second hand and have reset it. It will not allow us to change the vehicle details from car to camper. We have downloaded the App and connected it to Wifi but still it will not allow us to put in camper details. Has anyone else experienced this and can help. Many thanks

It's that you don't have to install the camper map to install the map.
