TomTom Model(s)
TomTom GO Expert and TomTom (both Android)
I'm using TomTom GO Expert and TomTom (AmiGO). I really love the view of the map when the TomTom GO Expert is opened in Android Auto. It shows a bigger area from the top. I usually don't need navigation in my surroundings, but I want to see the current traffic. And this is a nice view:

When I open the TomTom (AmiGO - OMG, why did they change the names?), the view is from a smaller area and is tilted.
This is what I see from the same place on TomTom (AmiGO):

Any idea if this can be changed?

On GO Expert, the map is provided by TomTom.
On TomTom, the map is provided by OpenStreetMap.

Probably I was misunderstood. My English ... well, it is not good, I know.
I know that the mentioned applications use different map providers.
What I want to ask is, if I can get a similar default view (when TomTom (AmiGO) is opened on Android Auto): direct from the top, and a similar scale of map as on the first image.

Android Auto mirrors what's displayed on your phone. The answer to your question is: no, it's not possible to change the default view.

In the menu there is no option to disable the auto-drive options. That detects that you're driving and then switches to 3D driving mode.

In Settings > Give feedback you can leave feedback that you would prefer an option for 2D mode.

I sent many feedback and map reports to TomTom. But I give up, because they haven't responded in the last year (or two).
Maybe I will try again in this new app, maybe the feedback goes to the new team.
