TomTom 710 Wont Shut Off

Ever since I upgraded to the latest TomTom Software Version my TomTom will not shut off. When I power it down it simply reboots. I am currently at Version 6.524 with the new maps. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I think the last time someone had this porblem he/she had to call support to resolve it.

I had that problem once and hit the reset button as mentioned above and been fine ever since.
