Waiting for valid Gps signal ?

I have plugged in to pc to see if any update available only map share.

I have rebooted device still not getting signal.

And i have done a factory reboot.

Is the battery fully charged in the unit?

Hi, yes its fully charged.

Try placing the unit outside in a clear area. The unit should be stationary. See whether it can get a sat fix within 10 minutes or so.

Until this recent attempt, how long had it been since the device had been used? Has it been 'sitting in a drawer' for some longish time?
