Start up screens not showing

Hello,

I just recently purchased a GO 630 and uploaded the yoda and darth vader start up screens. When i go to tt home it says it's on my Tom Tom, and also on the computer but doesn't show up on it. I do use a SD card for my Tom Tom. I'm also using a Mac, so i'm not sure what root folders the files should be in. I'm trying to keep as much on my card as i can so it can run smoothly. Any help is appreciated!

When you go to Start Up Preferences and get to the selection for start-up images, do they show there?

The files should be in the images folder on the unit. It's best NOT to have the images folder on the sd card.
