Position jumping off course!

Driving one day and the TT position would jump off course. One road I was off for almost 1/2 hour. I have talked to TT about this and they assure me its not the map. They have sent me a new unit and it does the same thing. I'm thinking its the map any thoughts?

If this happens just at this spot and not elsewhere, then I would say it's the map that is inaccurate.

sure, it's the maps. I've seen this a number of times and it happens every time I drive on certain roads in my area. same places every time. gotta be that the GPS gives your location and the road you are driving on is shown some distance away on the map.

the unit keeps trying to move you left or right whatever distance and of course you cannot go there. a red line similar to the one you see in a parking lot showing you which way you should move.
