POIs

I was kinda surprised to not find any 7-11s in my tomtom the other day.

Now that plus is back up, I have to pay for more POIs from them? is the subscription service as lame as the included set?

I love than the fans make POIs here. Are there any applications to keep them up to date?

I was thinking rather than forums, a database more like a WoW mods site that "authors" could upload their POI sets, users would subscribe to them, and the software would take care of all of the installation.

You don't have to pay for POI's (other than wi-fi hotspots, from a 3rd-party)!?
