ONE 140S ??no se encontraron mapas!?

I bought a couple of devices two weeks ago, one of them is not working, The tomtom display me ??no se encontraron mapas!, Is there any procedure to Reset factory settings?, The second 140 s is working perfectly.

On the last page of preferences is restore to factory settings.

When you look at the contents of the unit using Explorer, do you see a map folder in there with contents similar to the unit that is working?

If so, try the Clear flash tool found here. Run it 3 times. See if things are ok now. Try the Clear Flash BEFORE restore to factory defaults (which probably wouldn't solve this problem).
