No latitude or Longitude option

On my TomTom Go Camper Max there is no option button to start putting in coordinates.
I go to SEARCH then WHOLE MAP then on the screen the last option is NEAR DESTINATION.
no LATITUDE LONGITUDE option button is on screen.
Any advice

On my lowly GO 620 I get

Go to Menu > Settings > System > select > Reset device.

This has solved the problem.
