Problem with longitude and latitude

The tom tom is stuck in the south west longitude and latitude, how do we correct this so we can use this device?

Please help explain what you mean by 'stuck'. Are you saying that your position on the map always appears to be somewhere in the southern hemisphere? West would be normal if you're on the NA continent.
I am also unclear about your model number. Can we have the first two characters from your unit serial number? That will allow us to identify what unit you have so that we can recommend a reset option for you.
