Just found the forum and as I bought the 720 a few weeks back and am having several connection issues since updating the software I thought it would be a good place to get some help.

Are you having a problem getting the update or installing the update?
Are you using HOME version 2?

Hi Pedro,
I believe the problems been resolved now thanks to dhn on here. Turns out I'm using USB 1 on my PC so won't communicate quick enough. Tried USB 2 on another PC, all works fine.
