New to the Forum

Glad it's here. I found the forum by searching for apps for my GO 930T. I got it 8-9 mos. ago on eBay, brand-spanking new for less than 1/2 retail, shipping included--had to stay up 'til 01:30 AM Eastern Time (Baltimore/Dundalk, MD). I own a taxi, so I put my 930 to good use all day. I also play my favorite music with it. Bluetooth connection to my ATT Samsung Focus Win7 phone is crappy, though. My previous Motorola, too--so it has to be the Tom. No idea how to improve that. But all in all--I'm glad that I got it.

The 930 is an older model but it WORKS!

The newer models have many fewer features and those they have aren't exactly, uh, robust, if you catch my drift.

All that said, DO make an Explorer, not Home backup of your unit's contents, though. It will be your 'safety net'.
