Welcome to TTF. I notice you say your model is a 4ET03. There isn't a model like that. Put the first two characters of the serial number of your device in the link below to determine your model:

Hi,

welcome from me as well. I suppose you used the 10 symbol device code and not the serial number. You'll find the serial number as shown in the picture below.

Please use that serial on the link provided by dhn and you'll find the correct model you've got.
