Can anyone tell me why My Drive app does not show connected to my TomTom expert. It shows connected on the Bluetooth but My Drive App always shows Dive out of range. It says to add a device scan the bar code which does not send to tomtom.
 
Maybe your login ID is not correct?

Factory reset the device, do not scan the barcode directly entered your login information.
