Okay I scoured the forum and the tomtom.com website, but all answers I found were only close: How do I get my account set to a new mail address?
Background:
- Last time we needed to do an update was years ago.
- We had registered with a mail address, but we have forgotten which. In fact it's probably one of various mail addresses that we used to have, but which no longer exist.
- I tried support, but the chatbot does not know about this situation, it keeps directing me to the login page to get support. Catch-22. Argh.
- I cannot find a support phone number for the country I now live in (Switzerland) or for the country where we bought and registered the device (Germany).
Is there a list of support phone numbers anywhere?
Or some other way to contact them to resolve the issue, given that the normal means requires a login that assumes I know the mail address I used?
