TomTom Model(s)
4YB70
I bought this unit in October 2022, and have only used a handful of times (under 10). And in one of the last times using it the LCD started flickering and flashing colourful lines.

Then had change of job and had no reason to use, but I've just pulled it out and charged it now and the screen is doing the same thing. I've just updated to the newest update, which didn't seem to fix anything.

The flickering and lines aren't always there like if I zoom in and out screen goes normal for a second before going back to being unusable

I've got a video too but not able to add here

There is no model TomTom called 4YB70.Look to the right of your computer screen, under LATEST RESOURCES. Should be a link 'How to find and interpret the serial number'. Click it.

If you managed to perform the update, that means you have access to the menu.
Have you tried resetting it to factory settings?

You should have addressed this right from the start; the GPS is no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
If you decide to have it repaired, a €125 fee applies.
