Issues with the voice guidance

I have a Start 25. I downloaded the new world map last month and selected the map for Central and Eastern Europe.
I drove from Dubrovnik to Split. Every time I was approaching an exit the voice said: "Take the exit towards" followed by nothing or a noise.
The rest of the trip (Split -Zadar-Rovinj-Zagreb) the voice would simply say: "Take the exit".
I wonder why this happened. Any feedback would be appreciated.

It is that you have not selected a synthetic voice, select Malcolm or Serena.

Also remember to go to

1. 'Settings > Sound > Guidance prompts' and set "Foreign street names"
2. 'Settings > Sound > Alerts & sounds' under 'Alert type' select "Visual, sound and verbal"
