Ask if I want to avoid highways.

In the past, the question was not constantly asked. If I drive a car, I don't have to ask the question!

Second, Tomtom customer service is where you should ask.

We have a release pending Apple's approval that should fix this.

We have now started the staged rollout of 3.8.2. This includes the fix to the above mentioned issue.

For some reason it's not updating for me despite of restarting the iPhone.
