I got my first GPS last night (TomTom One for $240 from Dell) and have been enjoying all the posts on this board this morning. Some great advice on here.
I figured I should at least introduce myself. I'm going to be checking out the POI data to see if there's anything that will be of use for my family's pending road trip from my home in Northwest Arkansas to San Antonio and Corpus Christi. I'll let you know how my first road trip with the TomTom goes.
I figure if it saves me an hour in a minivan with two kids in the July heat of west Texas, the thing has paid for itself.
