We've had a Garmin nuvi 350 for years. Been to Europe 2x with us and all over the USA.

Bought a TomTom 630. Just arrived this morning.

Did the HOME backup AND an Explorere backup.
Did the latest map guarantee.
Getting ready to go lunch and test it out...

I'm SURE I'll be back with some questions! ;-)

You did a VERY GOOD thing doing an Explorer backup (forget about Home to do it ....).

I'm in the process of changing my "Home" location to Mebane (20 miles from CH and Duke).

I love the weather down here... Back home (in Ohio) they're struggling to get into the 60's...
