GO6000 faded screen

My GO6000 is fully charged but does not want to come out of sleep mode, even after going to setting/appearance/and then increasing both daylight and night light to 100%. How do I get the device out of sleep mode?

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

Drumroll reset doesn't work for this problem.
Has anyone foundation the solution?
