GO6000 faded screen

My GO6000 hasn’t been used for a while. I recharged battery, but screen still appears to be in battery save mode. When I turn off ignition of car, then device awakes and is bright before shutting down! How do I get the screen to be full brightness again?

Once the battery is charged, have you gone into the Menu/Settings/Appearance/Display/Brightness to see what your day and night brightness settings are?

Thx canderson....I’ve done that. Both settings - day and night are at max....

If after charging your GPS for 2 hours on a smartphone charger, the GPS still does not turn on.
buy a new battery is changed there.
