GO 9000 missing tomtom software

Hi,

I have a tomtom Go 9000 that one of my co-works tried to update, now all the tomtom does is request a micro SD (picture with red cross on SD symbol). I have connected the device to a pc via the tomtom home application, but I can't see an option to reinstall the application.

I think this is a business device and was part of the asset when took over a business.

Thank you dhn I was able to locate and install the missing application, but now I have no maps! Do I need to purchase these or is there away to install the default shipped with the device?

Again, you'll have to deal with the Support for that Business model.

99% sure you'll need to buy a new "truck" map for it.
