G'day All, I purchased a new Tomtom ONE yesterday, and 24 hours later I'm about to throw it under the wheels of my car, because no matter what I try I just CANNOT get tomtomHome downloaded onto my computer. Is there an "Idiot's Guide to installing tomtomHome" somewhere on this forum? Which forum section do I go to to post the details of my problem so the more intelligent people in "tomtomWorld" can try and help me?

What kind of computer do you have? PC? If so, XP or vista? Or do you have a Mac? What happens when you try to install Home? Do you have a firewall that may be interfering?

Am also going to lock this thread since it is a duplicate of your other post which provided more detail.
