Favourites transfer

I have a t920 for years. Great machine!
Today my new GO 6100 world arrived.
Can I transfer the favourites to the new one?
Should I create a new a/c with tomtom.com in respect of the new device?

You need MyDriveConnect with the 6100. Get it at TomTom.com/getstarted. Select your country flag and follow the prompts. Yes, use a different email address than the one used on the 720.

Did all you said, precisely.
Prog said it could only transfer the folder favourites, which is exactly all I want transferred!
When the process was finished, the program said that transfer to my new device was completed, I can find no trace of it at all.
Shut all down & repeated the procedure, same result.
Is 920T too ancient for favourites to transfer to 6100?

Hmmm......Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds. See if they are listed under 'My Places' then.

Just wondering. When you go to My Places does the last item show as "Favorites" ?
If yes, tap it and they should show in Search, sorted by distance from current location.
If yes again, tap it, tap the menu dots and save it to My Places.
