favorites disappearing

Hi,

This is probably a "user problem", but my favorites seem to disappear from time to time. Sometimes when I start my TT910, it's quick and the favorites are still there. Other times the TT starts slow, a yellow progressbar appears at the bottom, and the favorites are gone.
I figure I must be doing something wrong, but can't seem to figure out what. The strange thing is that the phone (bluetooth) and the owner information remain intact...

Any suggestions?
